Modern Villa located in Saint Cyprien Plage in one of the sunniest parts of France, close to the marina and beach with access to a large shared pool. This villa has an enclosed private garden. This property is located close to a water park, sports facilities, an international golf course, nature reserve, and during winter various ski resorts are within 1,5 to 2 hours drive. The kitchen and bathroom were completely refurbished in 2008. This villa has access to a shared pool (open June to September) and benefits from a secure private parking place. Numerous shops and bars are located within easy walking distance of the property with a market in the 'plage' (twice a week in the summer, once a week in the winter) where you can buy fresh local produce. There is plenty to do for the family or you could simply sit back and relax and enjoy the local french and Catalan cuisine, wine and culture ! Access is either from Perpignan airport or Barcelona Girona (1 hr away)

Further Details: This region has it all ! During the summer there are nearby sandy beaches and the third largest marina on the Mediterranean. Within easy reach there are numerous picturesque small coastal towns, with walks in the surrounding hills and countryside that will delight even the most seasoned walkers and cyclists alike. There are also the towns of Carcassonne with its walled medieval city (where they filmed Robin Hood Prince of Thieves staring Kevin Costner) and Sigean with its wild animal park. In 1 and a half hours you can be up in the pyrennees and enjoying the clean crisp air, and if you are looking for something more educational there is the prehistoric museum of Tautavel.

Ski: There are numerous ski resorts within 1.5 to 2 hours drive from the villa that offer various winter sports.

Golf: The nearby international golf course of Saint Cyprien (3 miles) boasts both an 18 hole and 9 hole course.

This villa is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay with garden furniture provided for sitting outside in the attractive garden area. The villa is set in a quiet, well kept housing village with outdoor swimming pool close by (open in summer months) and a variety of small, well stocked shops at the harbour, which is a pleasant 5-10 minutes walk away. The owners provide plenty of information on local attractions so would suggest hiring a car. This is an ideal place for a short break or longer stay in a lovely part of France.
