The villa is set in it's own landscaped gardens and has a private large infinity pool that is close to the terraces and can be viewed from the lounge and kitchen enabling you to keep an eye on the children. The kitchens are individually designed and have hidden Neff appliances consisting of Steam Oven, Microwave and fridge with freezer. The unique island unit has a marble sink and top with Neff hob. The lounge area is open plan and has the latest in home entertainment systems with a 42” plasma screen and surround sound system coupled with Sky HD and even a PlayStation 3 should you wish. If you have an extended stay and require being in touch with work then there is also a private study with Wi-Fi internet connection. Each bedroom is stylishly designed to make them a real home from home with en suite bathroom facilities of the highest quality and bespoke furniture. Sleeps 8 (4 Bedrooms) Bedroom 1 with double bed, plasma TV and master en suite. Bedroom 2 with double bed and en suite. Bedroom 3 and 4 with twin beds and their own en suites. All en suites are of the highest standard with beautiful fittings that blend in with marble and contemporary tiling. The kitchens are individually designed and have hidden Neff appliances consisting of steam oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. The unique island unit has a marble sink and top with Neff hob. The lounge area is open plan and has the latest in-home entertainment systems with a 42” plasma screen and surround sound system coupled with Sky HD and even a Playstation 3. It is furnished in a contemporary style with marble flooring. All towels and linen are provided with a maid service 2 times per week. The pool can be heated at an extra cost of £250 per week. The infinity swimming pool is 12m x 4m with easy access and is surrounded by garden.

There are a number of beaches close by. Within a 10 minute drive are the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia with Calla san Vicente, 15 minutes away. Formentor is also just a further drive form Puerto Pollensa. Pollensa Golf is a 5 minute drive. it is a beautiful 9 hole golf course offering magnificent view and excellent greens.

Stylish trip to Mallorca

We recently made our first trip to Mallorca and we had an amazing time. The country itself if beautiful, however, the accommodation we chose with Stylish Villas was unlike any holiday accommodation we have stayed in before. On booking we received a lonely planet guide to Mallorca and two weeks before departure we received the most comprehensive welcome pack I think we have ever received containing pictorial directions and even money off vouchers for local restaurants.
The villa itself was better than described. The facilities were very new and have been built and furnished to a very high standard. The area the villa is set in was extremely quiet and we had a very relaxing and comfortable holiday. We would definitely book again.
Owner's Response: We have been so pleased about the response we have had to our first season of Stylish Villas. Our formula of contemporary design with luxury furnishings and quality is hitting the right note!
