This newly built, beautifully decorated and fully air conditioned 3 bedroom villa is located in a gated, private cul-de-sac of just 6 villas. It is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. It is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs; although these entertainment spots are close enough for a night out. Its location suits those wishing to have a relaxing holiday by the pool or sea and also those wanting to explore the fascinating history and landscape of Cyprus. The property also has central heating for the colder months, and a safety fence around the pool for peace of mind for visiting children. The villa is perfect for young kids. In addition to the normal adult crockery and cutlery we also have children's plastic tumblers, plates and bowls as well as a hand-held mixer and blender. We also have a travel cot and infant car seat available if required. Very sensibly priced.

    Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
    Discounts are available for long winter lets of one month or more. Also for bookings done 8 months or more in advance. We'll also consider a discount for bookings of 3 weeks and over. Please contact us for more information.
    Bookings are available for any number of nights (e.g. 10). This would be charged at the price of the week plus 3 nights on a pro-rata basis.
  • We require a £100 per week non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance, together with a security deposit of £100, is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit will be returned once the villa has been checked upon departure.

The villa is fully air conditioned and also central heated. Removable safety fence around pool make it very suitable for young children.The villa is perfect for young kids. In addition to the normal adult crockery and cutlery we also have children's plastic tumblers, plates and bowls as well as a hand-held mixer and blender. We also have a travel cot and infant car seat available if required. Outside the villa is a private swimming pool with sun loungers and patio furniture.
