1770 sqm area by the sea next to a large 'zona verde'. Nice view to Cabrera island and Colonia Sant Jordi. Pool 4,5 x 10m, parking place, completely furnished, several sun decks. Ideal pool time from Mai till September 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 ensuite. Allows 8 people a great holiday. Cleaning service during your stay available for a little extra cost, paid directly in Mallorca. We do speak english, german, spanish, italian, french In Mallorca the lady who is in charge of the house speaks english, german and spanish
