This one bedroom apartment has a exquisite decoration with yellow walls and white colors to give you a fresh atmospheres. The bright terrace offer you a great first line view from the Sea and the beach located under the building. You have a direct access from the garage. The apartment is located in Son Caliu, residential area between the luxurious Puerto Portals and Palma Nova. The area is very quiet with a litle quiet beach (also in summer) directly under the building. On this beach begins a little way next to the coast that brings you to other beautiful little beaches. Taking the other direction you have the Son Caliu main beach with restaurants, bars and all facilities. Palma Nova is about 1km from the apartment and Puerto Portals also 1km. The location has very good access from the high way, for this reason you can reach Palma in about 15minutes driving.
