Patio doors lead to a private patio which is furnished with 8 seater Teak dining table. Steps lead down to a large wooden decking area, great for sun bathing, infinity pool & at lower level a further pool ideal for young children. 4 Teak Sun beds/covers and other outdoor chairs. The bedrooms all have bathrooms with showers; the master suite has 6 ft bed and Plasma TV/Sky.

The Viila is ideally located, just 1 kilometre away from the exit of the A22 which provides a fast easy link to all parts of the Algarve, whether it be attractions such as Zoo Marine, Algarve Shopping or other main resorts and towns such as Alvor, Portimao and Alburfeira. The Viila is short stroll form the beautiful Porto De Mos beach & there are two excellent beach side resturants which serve both international & great local cuisine (fresh fish). The beautiful and historic town of Lagos is close by with it's cobbled streets and huge choice of boutique shops and wonderful restaurants. The cosmopolitan Lagos Marina is also close and wonderful restaurants, bars and Dolphin watching can be enjoyed from here. Further west, the sleepy fishing viilage of Burgau with its wonderful beach is easily reachable by car as is Sagres, the most westerly tip of Europe and famed for its surf beaches. BoaVista Golf Course is 2 minutes away.
