Villa La Palmeraie (SIB VPB) has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool. This newly built villa is located on the Marigot hillside, St Barts and offers a superb 180 panoramic view over the ocean, Marigot Bay and Turtle Island.
The spacious living room opens to the large terrace that surrounds the heated pool and overlooks the sea. Constantly blessed by the ocean wind, this villa is also well-exposed to the sun all day long. The decor is inspired by a French manor thanks to various antique pieces of furniture. The living room opens on the left to a well-equipped kitchen separated by a breakfast nook. It also opens onto the back to a large dining area. An entertaining room connects to the living and it is dedicated to home cinema, office and library.
The master bedroom is located to the right of the living room and offers a wonderful sea view. It has a queen size bed, a large dressing and an ensuite bathroom. The second king size bedroom offers the same amenities and also faces the view. The third bedroom is located downstairs and opens onto a lower deck with a heated Jacuzzi.
