Charcter villa, large swimming pool, centre of historic village Tourbes, 5km from Pezenas, 40 minutes from Montpellier and 30 minutes to Bezier airport. modern kitchen with dishwasher, hob, feezer, fridge, microwave and oven. 3 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 ensuite. sleeps 2 to 6 people comfortably. Private parking secluded garden. Trees for shade, 3 adult bikes 2 childrens bikes, table tennis, basket ball and darts. International airports are within easy driving distance - Montpellier (45mins), Carcassonne (90 mins), Toulouse (2 and half hours) and Barcelona (2.5 hours). There are railway stations at Beziers (30 mins), Narbonne (40 mins), Agde (20 mins), Montpellier (45 mins) with TGV connections to Paris The house is 50 meters from the centre of an historic village. The house is traditional, but with all the modern facilities, and has a large abri summer BBQ games area, with good sized terrace, garden, looking onto a gorgeous large swimming pool (9mx4m)

Historic Pezenas, 30 minutes from the beach, convient to the airports of Bezier and Montpellier in the South West France, The property has been restored to a high quality and retains a peaceful villa, house of character. Externally the garden is very private, witk a large covered abri housing table tenis, basket ball and darts. There is a traditional and large BBQ with a range of lighting to create the appropriate ambiance. THe garden has a selection of trees and palms to provide shelter in the heat of the day. The large pool 9m x 4m has a terrace with sunbeds for all guests. Internallly the property benefits from thick walls to provide a cool refuge in addition all the bedrooms have fans. Thelarge kitchen / lounge hasa dishwasher, microwave largefridge and freezer in addition toahob and oven. The external laundry room housesthe washing machine. The luxury bathrooms have large walk in showers (wet rooms) and freshly tiled floors to ceiling.

We were not disappointed when we arrived at this appartment. It was very spacious with real comforts and very well equipped kitchen.
The pool is a fantastic size lots of space to move around, play, read or have a BBQ. With the appartment being in the heart of the village it was lovely to stroll up to the market and the local people are so friendly.
We hired a car so we managed to visit Pezenas, Bezier, Montpelliers, Agde of which are all about 30 mins away we also took a drive across to Andorra which was a fab trip.
We would completely recommend this property it supplies you with all the home from home comforts, you can go on great bike rides or just simply relax in the lovely surroundings.
