Photos and Description of this Playa Paraiso holiday apartment This splendid property is located in a quiet place near a stunning beach.

This splendid and very well decored property with seaview owns 2 bathrooms, a balcony near the lounge and a private terrace on the top. The living room/dining room and the American kitchen are very modern and very confortable. On the balcony, you can have your breakfasts, lunchs and dinners. Our property is fully equipped. In the resort, you can find 2 spacious and elegant swimming-pools. Near the property, there is the village called Playa Paraiso (paradise beach) which is one of the best place in the South of Tenerife. There are supermarkets, hotels (where you can enjoy some shows at night), restaurants, bars, a chemist and many differents shops.

On Tenerife there is a lot of differents activities to enjoy: The Loro Park (may be the best animals park in Europe), the shows are unforgettable. The Aqualand (a very big waterpark for children and adults). The carmen Motta Show (one of the bigger Flamenco show of Spain) . You can also discover the dolphins and whales by boat or do Jet-ski and dive on the Atlantic ocean. Near the villa are located karts and quads area. The younger people can enjoy many English and Spanish pubs and discos in Las Americas and Los Cristianos. On the island, you 'll see a lot of very different landscapes (Masca, Los Gigantes, La orotava, Taganana). The visit of the Teide(volcano) and his Lava fields are famous. In the south of the island, the temperature is between 23' and 35ª all year.

Appartement spacieux, tout neuf. Equipement très complet. Piscines agréables et calmes. Les photos sont représentatives. Aménagement IKEA.
Proximité de l'autoroute, des magasins et des sites touristiques.
Notre but pour ces vacances était de passer 2 semaines pour nous reposer et visiter des sites touristiques. Nous étions en couple avec un enfant de 9 ans.
Spacious, quite new apartment. Very complete equipment. Pleasant and quiet swimming pools. Photos are representative. Local arrangement(development) IKEA. Nearness of the freeway, the stores and the places of interest.
Our purpose for these holidays was to pass 2 weeks to rest(base) us and visit places of interest. We were in couple with a 9-year-old child.

Nice homebase for a family of four

We rented the place through holiday-rentals. Emails from the owners were informative and punctual and created a trustworthy feeling. We came there late and met the friend of the owner by the nearby shopping mall, the service was friendly and informative.
The apartment is great, with two large terraces over the swimming pool. there were some renovation going on but not so much that it would have disturbed. Everything was brand-new and very clean & neat. The bar kitchen worked nicely for us, as I like to cook myself but hate being closed away in normal kitchens.
The whole cmplex is quite nice; at the itme we were there it was very quiet, which suited us fine. the nearby village isn´t anything special but there is a good supermarket right next door and we had rented a car so we did not mind about the quietness of the place. On the contrary, with the kids it was nice and also it was great to go jogging on the streets and cliffs in peace. we did not try the beaches, because there are several other longer beaches a short drive away.
I can recommend the apartment for families who search for a good place to stay and make excursions from. There was even a touch of luxury eating grilled shripms on the terrace.

The apartment is very well equipped and with its 2 balconies large enough for a family. We have daily breakfast overlooking the pool facility and the sea always enjoyed.

There are all the electrical appliances everyday use. Even the shops are sufficient. The resort include a supermarket. Other major supermarkets are to reach by car. Ever is a car highly recommended.

The resort will be supervised at night and cleaned daily. In particular the two pools are cleaned regularly. This can be done during breakfast wonderfully observed. There are enough Sun loungers available.

The near beaches and the sea are clean. It recommends, however, premature to take a seat. It is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday for the whole family and a good starting point for excursions by car to Los Christianos / Las Americas, Los Gigantes and the Teide.

Thank you Yves. If we again want to come to Tenerife, your apartment will be our first interest.
