"Florida" is a beautiful apartment located in Gandia beach, 200m away from it. It has room for 4 people in two separates bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, 1 en suite. The apartment has a huge balcony terraced for 6 people seating, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the sea or the communal pool and garden. The apartment is fully equipped with TV, kitchen (full equipped), towels, linen. From the kitchen, there are views to the mountains. The resort has a big pool surrounded by a garden and trees, ideal for relaxing on your holidays. There is also tennis court and private parking place. The view to the sea is from the living room, terrace and main double room. "Florida" is very well located in Gandia beach, because it is only a 1 minute walk to the promenade and it´s just in the centre of the beach, so it is very well located for access to all the amenities. IN WINTER WE CAN OFFER YOU A HEATED POOL IN ANOTHER BUILDING THAT WE OWN.

Gandia beach is the popular part of Valencia with a beautiful sandy beach, port and yacht club. The length of the beach is 20 km from the yacht club to the end of the beach. Gandia town is 3 km from the beach. It has excellent shopping facilities, historical city centre with a big cathedral and a palace with an important history. It is connected to the beach with a bus service every 15 minutes early morning until late evening all the year round. There is connection to Valencia city by train from the rail Station. The apartment is 60 km from Valencia airport. Take the AP-7 direction Alicante, and go out in the Exit: Xeresa, Xeraco, Gandia. Car hire available. We can manage the booking for you. Local buses every 15 min. from the beach to the Grao (harbour) and to Gandia town. Bus stop 2 meters from the apartment. We can arrange a taxi or a car rental for you.
