Built on a slope "with high views over Marigot Bay, St Barts, to Pointe Milou and convenient access to the island road, SIB LBV is a NEW" 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa located in Marigot with a pool and terrace overlooking Marigot bay. Loft like rooms with cathedral wood ceilings and limestone floors. The décor is sophisticated island style with dark woods and white upholstery, with sea grass area rugs. The 26' great room opens on to the terrace, pool and view as well as the white and stainless steel, well-equipped kitchen with reflecting mirrored backsplashes.

Enter the master suite through French doors, furnished with a king-sized 4-poster bed. The ensuite master bathroom features a double vanity and large shower. The other two bedrooms have French doors to the terraces and twin beds which can be made into kings. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a large shower.

This villa is ideal for 'couples or' a family located within a short walk to Marigot bay. There is a small beach with calm waters, safe and ideal for children.
