The vacation rental studio is wonderfully located in a safe and leafy area close to Colosseum, San giovanni, Appia street. This luminous holidays rental apartment has been recently renovated. There are a beautiful kingbed with a private bathroom and a equipped kitchen to sped a comfortable a cheap holiday in Rome. Local amenities are available within a walking distance, i.e. parks, restaurants, pizza places,ice cream shop (one very close is amazing) tea shop and supermarket. Excellent transport/link to the city centre. The subway (metro A) link takes you straight to Rome historical centre (piazza di Spagna 4 stops) within 10 minutes but also to the Vatican, Colosseo, Appia antica park. Welcome assistance at the airport and at the train station as well as throughout your stay is available.
