SIB WIK is a newly built villa, located in Gustavia, St Barts, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a pool. It opens to a full ocean view with partial sunsets and sun all day long.

This wonderful, large villa is made of two buildings. The main building opens onto the front terrace, which faces the ocean and surrounds the large infinity pool. The living room is very contemporary and nicely decorated in white and blue tones. This spacious room accommodates a gourmet kitchen which is separated from the living room by a large counter. The living room features large comfortable white leather sofas and opens to the view. On the other side of this main building is the master bedroom, tastefully decorated in yellow, and offering a lovely view over the ocean and the pool.

The second building accommodates the other bedrooms. The ones upstairs have an ocean view while the ones down below open onto the tropical patio. All of them are nicely decorated (mainly Kenzo fabrics and Ipe wooden floor). The teak terrace offers a large entertaining space dedicated to dinner with friends or relaxation in lounge chairs while admiring the view. This magnificent villa is atypical due to its contemporary design.

Perfectly located in Gustavia, the villa is a short distance to shops, restaurants and nightclubs.
