This elegantly restored Provencal farmhouse, dating back to the 18th century, is situated in the peaceful chestnut orchards of the St. Clement valley, just 1km South of the medieval town of La Garde Freinet. The house benefits from the privacy of the hillside and enjoys the panoramic views across the valley to the Castle of Grimaud.
The grounds contain a stunning infinity pool and a large, attractively landscaped garden with a hard tennis court and a "Boule" court.
The interior is comfortably and elegantly furnished in a contemporary Provencal style. For the Winter months, there is electric central heating throughout the villa. There is also a large fireplace in the sitting room. Full-width French windows lead directly to a comfortable seating area on the terrace.
The property is serviced by a full-time cook and assistant during the months of July and August. A daily maid services the house year-round.
This villa is close to St. Tropez, Gassin, golf courses, and Pampelonne beach, and is a perfect place for those who wish to relax in privacy with beautiful surroundings.
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.

The security deposit is €1,000 collected with final payment and a credit card authorization form to cover any accidental incidentals.
