Spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex situated in the peaceful, unspoilt naturist seaside village in the North of Lanzarote. The duplex has sea views in front and to the left and views of the mountains/volcanoes to the right. It has a large shared swimming pool with Central Island and outside shower. There is a small sandy beach with natural sea pool a 2 minute walk away. Access to the open sea is a 5minute walk down to a sheltered cove which opens out into the sea. This spot is popular with snorklers, divers and naturists and is ideal for swimming. There is a small super market, 2 restaurants and a beauty and therapy salon a 2minute walk from the house. There is 1 double room with balcony and sea views and another room with 2 twin beds. There is a sofa bed downstairs which could sleep another couple if needed. There is a large bathroom downstairs and a shower and bathroom upstairs.

Water Sports

Lanzarote is ideal for water sports and boasts a good range. WINDSURFING - This is available from Costa Teguise, Arrieta Beach and at Jameos Del Agua. Costa Teguise being just 15 mins away has numerous places where you can hire equipment and have a great sail. SEA KAYAK - This is also available in Costa Teguise DIVING - . There are numerous places for diving on the island the nearest to the propery is at Costa Teguise. KITE SURFING - is increasing growing here and Famara beach is the main place to sail here. SURFING - best waves are either off East Coast Arrieta beach or Punta Mujeres or West Coast at Famara. You can have lessons and hire equipment at Famara. SAILING - For a day out sailing the prestigious Puerto Calero offers either private yacht or speed boat charters or a day out on a 80ft Catarmaran. FISHING - You can always go fishing either from the pier at Arrieta or go out on a boat from Puerto Calero.

Walking

There are some spectacular walks either costal or inland, you are able to discover caves, dormant volcanoes, wild flowers and the ever expanding wildlife and birds. There are many track and paths which you are able to leave from the villa or drive to a further location on the island, if you would like info for organised tours please ask.

Golf Information:

The 18 hole golf course is in Costa Teguise set at the foot of an old volcano, surrounded by 3000 palms, cactus and beautiful views to the sea. Group or individual classes are available from one of the two golf professionals.
