Mougins holiday villa: France

Villa 033 lovely villa situated in the Pibonson area, a rather prestigious part of Mougins. This location is very close to Mougins village with all its local “artisan " shops, superb restaurants, local commerce and the renowned Mougins golf course.

The living area is open and light with a formal polished, oval dining table and lemon covered chairs. This combines with a spacious relaxing/sitting area with comfortable and contrasting cornflower blue sofas and easy chairs.

The large reception room and the kitchen have French windows opening onto the partially covered terrace, overlooking the garden and the large pool, where one can enjoy a delicious Mediterranean meal! The terrace benefits from verdant views, which completes the tranquillity of this lovely villa.

This is the perfect place for one family with children or a party of friends, who wish to stay in a quiet area, but close to all the action of The Cote d’Azur.

DISTANCES: Nearest village of Mougins is 5 minutes, Cannes is 10 minutes and the Nice Airport is 20 minutes.

In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.

The security deposit is 25% of the rental.

There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
