Villa 313 is a beautiful property ideally situated in a private and quiet area of St Tropez but still within 5 minutes walk from the centre town.

The very attractive house has recently been totally renovated and decorated throughout. Everything is in immaculate condition and the rooms have been furnished very tastefully with warm colors . Each bedroom has been decorated on a special theme (Marine, Provençal, Moroccan, Asian etc...), which creates a very pleasant ambience.

It is surrounded by a flat lawned garden which includes a totally fenced-off kidney-shape swimming pool. The large tiled and covered terrace is a perfect place to enjoy summer diners.

A perfect holiday house to enjoy the great city of St Tropez!

DISTANCES: St. Tropez is a 5-10 minute drive, the airport in Toulon in 60 minutes and the airport in Nice is 90 minutes.

This villa sleeps 10 people.

The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
