Villa 311 is perfectly located in a secure, private domain, and is walking distance to both the town of Saint-Tropez and the beach of “La Bouillabaisse". It is comfortably furnished with a good level of equipment.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor each with ensuite facilities, walk in wardrobes and views of the pool and garden.

The living room and dining room both have French windows opening onto a lovely covered terrace with a pergola, leading to the garden and the pool area.

The outdoor dining and sitting areas offer the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink with friends.

This is the ideal place for a party of friends, or a family who wish to stay in a quiet area, but near all the action of St Tropez.

DISTANCES: Nearest beach La Bouillabaisse is 5 minutes, St. Tropez is 2 minutes and the airport in Toulon/Hyeres is 90 minutes and the airport in Ncie is 2 hours.

In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.

The security deposit is 25% of the rental.

There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
