Villa 323 is a charming and lovely Provencal villa surrounded by more than 8000 sqm of vineyards.

The property is ideally located in the beautiful “Quartier Sainte-Anne" only 2 minutes drive from the centre of Saint-Tropez and less than five minutes from Tahiti beach.

It is simply decorated in a light, Provencal style. The bedrooms are simple and spacious but comfortable, and decorated mainly in white.

The living and dining room open onto the covered terrace with barbecue. The dining area, shaded by an ancient tree, overlooks the garden and the vineyard. The outdoor seating area, where one can enjoy long, relaxing afternoons, looks over the garden and pool.

This villa is the dream place for those who seek privacy, yet wish to be close to the famous beaches of Pampelonne and the centre of St Tropez.

DISTANCES: St. Tropez is 2 minutes, Ramatuelle is 15 minutes, Toulon/Hyères Airport is 1 hour and Nice Airport is 1 1/2 hours.

This villa sleeps 11 people.

The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
