  • Booking notes £100 deposit, per week, is required to hold the villa. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Check in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 11am on the day of departure, this can be discussed. Security deposit In addition, a separate £250 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable within seven days after your holiday, providing there is no damage during your stay. A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £10 a week. Cleaning charge is standard on all properties at a charge of 80 euros to be paid to the key holder.
