A 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. Very comfortable accomodation for 4 people. The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe and comfortable double bed and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a built in wardrobe so lots of space for the shorts and tee shirts. Lounge is fully equipped with satellite TV DVD. Well equipped fitted kitchen with washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven and hob. Large balcony with sea views, lovely to sit and have leisurely breakfast in the morning sunshine and very spacious roof terrace lots of space to soak up the sun. Bath with shower fitting. There are several lifts giving easy access to the apartment and a communal pool with a separate childrens pool. The lovely clean blue flag beach is a very short walk away. The resort is easily accessible as there is a level promenade running the length of the beach. There are many restaurants and other amenities in easy reach. There is also an excellent bus service to Ameria

Roqutas de Mar is a lively seaside resort with a beautiful clean blue flag beach. There are many restaurants which are within an easy walking distance from the apartment. There are very good golf clubs in the location. Mini Hollywood is a great family day out. Glass bottom boat trips can be taken from the harbour. There is a water park and a go kart track if you have plans to become the next Lewis Hamilton. If you would rather shop til you drop then Gran Plaza is the place for you as it is a large shopping mall if you don't have a car it is easily reached on the local bus service. There is a weekly market if you like a bargain. Almeria is a very attractive city with a medieval fort and again there is a regular bus service with very reasonable fares. Cabo de Gato is a nature reserve which is about a 40 minute car journey away which has lovely little villages and beautiful beaches which makes for a lovely day out. There is an Internet Cafe nearby and several supermarkets.

Excursions : The historical city of Granada and the national park of the Sierra Navada can be reached fairly easily both by car or, if you prefer, an excursion. Cabo de Gato is about three quarters of an hour by car and has lots of lovely beaches and small villages. Mini Hollywood is great family fun using the locations from various films including the spaghetti westerns starring Clint Eastwood.

Just returned from two weeks in this apartment and we've had a great time. We are a family of mum, dad and a three year old and the apartment was ideal for us.
Very well-equipped and in a good location. Easy five minutes walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and bars but not so close as to be noisy. Supermarkets nearby.
Resort suitable for families although probably not lively enough for teenagers. Lack of nightclubs and 18-30 bars probably contributes to the very safe feel about the place.
Apartment owner extremely helpful.
Based on our overall experience, I would have no problem recommending this apartment for a family holiday.

Great apartment in a residential apartment building and had everything there, good hot water tank that didnt runn out in middle of a shower, proper seperate kitchen and not in the lounge like so many holiday apartments have, top floor so no noisy upstairs neighbours and roof top sunbathing possible as lounge terrace is a shaded spot after morning so keeps the lounge and main bedroom cool. Local bars and cafes including some 'Brits' places but location was more for Roquetas town restraunts and evening entertainment which I prefered. Street parking was easy and FREE if you dont want to use the underground apartment parking place. Easy road access (10 mins) from the apartment to the naturist beach at Playa Senera. Overall an excellent apartment, good location, lots to do or just a chill out time and would highly recommend this apartment
