  View 62 Villa: Usually 175 GBP ($350 US) per night, with special is 142 GBP per night ($285 US) or 994 GBP per week ($1988 US);
  Bellevue 2 Villa: Usually 125 GBP ($250 US) per night, with special is 99 GBP per night ($199 US) or 693 GBP per week ($1386 US);
  The Grand Villa: Usually 249 GBP ($495 US) per night, with special is now 175 GBP ($350 US) per night or 1225 GBP ($2450 US) per week
  All rates do not include the 20.5% government tax & service charge.

• Deposits: A 149 GBP ($300.00 US) security deposit will be collected upon check in. In the absence of any damage or loss, this deposit is refunded after check out and inspection of the villa. If there is damage to the villa, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the deposit. If the amount of the damage exceeds the deposit, the guest will be financially responsible to pay the rest of the damage fee.
  
• Other services: Maid service would be 20 GBP ($40.00 US) and is upon request only. Cook is 20 GBP ($40 US) per day plus the cost of groceries. When you book with us, we meet you at the airport, show you around and escort you to the appropriate villa. We can rent a car for you at the lowest rate possible in Antigua, if you so desire, usually $35 per day. The pick up fee to meet you and show you around is a total of 10 GBP ($20 US) and that includes everybody. When you arrive at the villa we read the electricity meter in your presence and the day before you leave we read it again, and you will be charged the amount of electricity that was used for that period of time. We do this to encourage responsible usage of the islands limited resources.
