  • If you're on a budget, please feel free to ask us for special rates, we try to be very accommodating. We have 6 beautiful luxury villas here, and they will surely meet your needs.

    Taxes are not included. All specials may not include holidays, and are subject to change.

    Special prices are per couple.
  • Deposits: A $300.00 US security deposit will be collected upon check in. In the absence of any damage or loss, this deposit is refunded after check out and inspection of the villa. If there is damage to the villa, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the deposit. If the amount of the damage exceeds the deposit, the guest will be financially responsible to pay the rest of the damage fee.
  • Other services: Maid service would be 20 GBP ($40.00 US) and is upon request only. Cook is 20 GBP ($40 US) per day plus the cost of groceries. When you book with us, we meet you at the airport, show you around and escort you to the appropriate villa. We can rent a car for you at the lowest rate possible in Antigua, if you so desire, usually $35 per day. The pick up fee to meet you and show you around is a total of 10 GBP ($20 US) and that includes everybody. When you arrive at the villa we read the electricity meter in your presence and the day before you leave we read it again, and you will be charged the amount of electricity that was used for that period of time. We do this to encourage responsible usage of the islands limited resources.

Our 2 weeks here were wonderful, we were well looked after by Alicia, the property was very clean, and the views over Dickenson Bay were so good.Plenty of good local restaurants, and a large supermarket is only a short drive. I would recommend this to anyone - my only complaint it was just too hot sometimes !!!!

Had a Fantastic Stay

I certainly recommend View 62 for anyone traveling to Antigua. The team at antiguavilla are all such a pleasure to deal with, and catered to us so well. The villa was perfect, just as had been described to us. The beach was right across the street, or if we wanted to get away from it all, we would cross the street again and swim in our private pool. Ideal for couples, as it is a very romantic setting and the bedrooms are farther apart. I was with my husband and kids, and they had a wonderful time too. Our villa had two queen sized beds for the kids in one bedroom, and a king sized bed in our bedroom.

The property was extremely clean, and I'm a little obsessive compulsive, so it was a relief to not have to do any extra cleaning. I was happily surprised when we arrived at the villa and saw a little dvd library, as well as a small book library. I ended up recommending this property to my friend, who also stayed and had a lovely time.

My new husband and I got married in the Gazebo at the GrandVilla, and our guest and I couldn't get over how wonderful everything was. The villa was gorgeous and so large. Surpassed all expectations! The pool was fantastic, and we loved every minute of it. My maid of honor has just decided she wants to honeymoon there when she gets married next year. This is a villa that cannot be missed!

I just wanted to thank you so much for the incredible time I had in Antigua, largely due to the breathtaking villa you rented my family and I. Our stay in View 61 surpassed all expectations- it was a wonderful villa, the staff were so helpful, the view was amazing, the pool was perfect, and the outdoor jacuzzi really hit the spot. Thank you so much, we will surely see you again next year!
