This luxurious villa is located in the exclusive El Porte close to the beautiful El Porte beach. Two minutes further the centre of this cosmopolitan town, full of exclusive and wonderful array of resturant catering for everyone. The villa is accessed through a remote controlled gate to area and carport. A soon as you walk through the front spacious entrance hall you will realise you are in a quality hall there is a guest cloakroom and access to the lounge and enjoys beautiful leather sofa's and SKY television. From this leads to the comfortable conservatory, the perfect dinner drink there is spacious dinning area and well equipped separate utility room. A marble staircase leads to 3 beds, 2 doubles & 1 twin. The master bed has bathroom has corner bath and walk-in shower, and shower room between the other two bedrooms, Off both are spacious balconies overlooking the pool with magnificent surronding countryside. Outside there is a 10m x 5m terraces, with sunbeds, parasols, pool shower
