Step outside from the lounge room or kitchen through full length glass doors onto the attractive, shady garden which has two separate outdoor entertainment areas and a BBQ. Enjoy all-day sun amongst the flowers and birds, alfresco dining and cool, tranquil candlelit evenings away from it all. This apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably in two bedrooms downstairs and a third bedroom upstairs with en-suite. This room has a sofa bed and doubles as an office with a desk and wireless Internet connection. There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. A few minute's walk away at the end of the street is a Sports Club -daily rates apply- (swimming pools, tennis&squash courts, playground, sauna&gym, 2 bars and a restaurant serving local Catalan fare). Nice stay in this quiet apartment

We had one week in this apartment and found it very satisfactory. It was clean, and homely and the garden was great for our 16 month old to run around. The photos and description were accurate. Sitges is a great spot and while it is a long walk (as advertised) it is easy to get to within 5 minutes by car, taxi or bus. There is a decent little shop and a bakery about 15 mins downhill and 20 mins uphill walking.

Only disappointment was the sports club swimming pool was under renovation and the attractiive looking restaurant there did not serve meals on weekday evening so we didn't get to try it out.

Beautiful Memories in Perfect Surroundings

We had a fantastic time staying at the Garden Apartment. There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids) and we were very comfortable. It rained a few nights when we were there but that meant we could watch the amazing storm comfortably from the large lounge! The apartment was exactly how we expected it to be - airy, clean, spacious with an awesome garden for our children to play in and for us to relax and enjoy the tranquility of it all. BBQ was a very useful addition and we had many a night having BBQs and eating al fresco in the cozy garden with all the candles lit. The walk into Sitges took no more than 10 minutes and even our children enjoyed the walk into Sitges each time. When we did take a taxi back one night, it only cost 5euros. The community pool though is slightly costly, is definitely worth going if you have decided to spend the day by the pool, having drinks at the bar and eating at the restaurant. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful garden apartment and we would definitely come back again.

First Impression...

When we arrived, very friendly welcome, the appartement looked very nice and the garden was a pleasure for our Dog. Very soon we discovered that most of the things in the house had not been clean for a while, so first job clean the house the way we like it! The area is nice and quiet, but a car is necessary. The center is a long walk. The period we went, october/november, is off season and the weather didn't help either, a lot of rain. So ourselves we didn't enjoy the garden so much( 1 time used the BBQ).
Better time next year!!

Owner's Response: The apartment is advertised as out of town and a car is advised in the listing. The cleaner has been replaced. I'm afraid there's nothing I can do about the weather!

Perfect family holiday

We had a wonderful stay in the Garden Apartment. The kids loved the open spaces and closeness to the beaches, while we enjoyed the peace and quiet! We had a lot of evenings in, relaxing by the BBQ in the pretty garden with all the little tea candles lit. Lovely! We did do a few day-trips to the Garraf Parks and Wineries, and it proved to be a good base for exploring the area. There was always plenty of parking space in the street outside the apartment, day or night. We'll happily recommended it to family and friends and hope to return ourselves sometime in the future. Great holiday, thank you!

If you like to take care of the cat too

Garden and outside indeed nice and the appartment ok, but overpriced for what you actually get. The appartment is in a residential area, which is fine, but not giving the holiday feeling. The dissapointment was the swimming pool: it is expensive, 9 Euro's per person a day, regardless whether you entry in the morning or afternoons.

With two highly allergic children, we were not amused that we were confronted with the care of the cat 1 hour before departure. It turned out to be our problem. Shame! Both to the cat as towards us. The housekeeper was ashamed too and did her best to help us in which she succeeded after two days. A large phonebill, a cat we felt sorry for and 'drugged' children took away two days of our holiday fun. Annelies
Owner's Response: The reviewer was advised at the time of booking the swimming pool fees and costs.

The reviewer had agreed to the presence of a cat in the garden for the first few days, fed by a neighbour, but changed her mind the day before arriving. The cat was removed at the earliest opportunity to a new, loving home. It is therefore no longer at the apartment.

The apartment is advertised as residential and appeals to those looking for an away-from-it-all holiday experience, yet close enough to the action when or if desired. The price is moderate when compared to other 3 bedroom properties in the area and is aimed at families looking for a budget holiday in a quiet garden setting.
