Plenty of near by attractions, Disney world resort, Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea world and Universal Studios are all within 20 minutes of your door. Within 5 minutes of the villas you will find 5 championship golf courses at champions gate, and union resort, allowing the golfer the perfect holiday too. Just up the I4 you will be able to find within 30 minutes designer malls for all the shopping you could wish for. Less than 15 minutes and you can be on the 192, which hosts numerous fabulous restaurants, and Old town is located on the 192, giving you extra entertainment of an evening. For the younger or less serious golfer there are numerous mini golf courses in the area, and if you fancy a day at the beach cocoa beach and daytona beach are both with in about an hour traveling. Kenedy Space centre is also jsut an hour away, giving you the chance to experience something new informative.

Well what can I say!!! The house was ideal for us. There were 10 of us in all 8 adults & 2 children & we never felt on top of each as there is so much space. The house is ideally situated for the Disney attratctions & also international drive Sea World etc etc. It was just fab to come back in an evening (after stopping by the publix store) to just relax by or inthe pool. With everything in the house you dont want for anything. Looking to go back 1-2 years & will defo stop again.
Emma the owner was such a pleasure too nothing was too much trouble & she responded so promptly to all emails. Cant wait to go back again for my 4th time & stay here as to in a hotel. Thanks Emma

This is the second time we have stayed at Sandy Ridge. It is a great location for all the local attractions, 30 minutes drive maximum. There are plenty of supermarkets, take aways and a pharmacy only 10 minutes away.

The layout of these 5 bedroom villas is fantastic, great for the larger family or like us, two families sharing. Everyone gets an en suite including the adjoining kids rooms.

The pool is fantastic and can easily accommodate 10 people. Bigger than most in this area. We had the pool heating option which is a must at Xmas time. We even managed to have a bar b que in December.

To sum up this accommodation I would say just one word, Faultless
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The home was great! We enjoyed our time there very much. We had two families with 4 kids ranging from 8 to 19 and they had a blast! It was very convenient to stores, restaurants, and all attractions…. especially the discount shopping malls!! Disney is only 15-20 minutes away. Having a house to return to after a long hot day is the only way to go. It’s nice being able to sit out at night having a drink and in the morning having your coffee and breakfast all by your own screened in pool. It’s much more relaxing and much better than being in a hotel. The house is very spacious, clean and the owner Emma, was great to deal with and very quick in responding to my emails. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!!
