Sarnia cottage offers spacious accommodation with open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a wood burning stove and a bright sun lounge. The cottage has been recently renovated and decorated to a high standard. Fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV and DVD. Patio for barbecues is a sun trap. There are two double bedrooms with new beds and a room with bunks. One bedroom leads out onto a balcony with sea views. Sarnia Cottage is one minute from the safe, sandy beach and causeway to historic St. Micheal's Mount. Marazion has a sailing club and windsurfing school. Close by are the lovely towns of St. Ives, (the home of The Tate and many other Art galleries), and Penzance and there are amazing beaches around the Minack Theatre, Porthcurno and Sennen. Marazion is on the South West coast path, and there are stunning walks to be found nearby and around the Lizard and Lands End peninsulars.

Sarnia Cottage is in the pretty village of Marazion about 2 miles from Penzance. The village has a general store and bakery along with a number of art galleries. The historic St. Michaels Mount can be reached at low tide by the causeway or a relaxing ferry ride at high tide. The Castle is a National Trust property and the chapel can be visited for the service on a Sunday. Marazion is a wonderful place for children with a safe, sandy beach and a small river in which dinghies can be used. It also has a great adventure playground. Marazion is on the South West Coastal Path which has fantastic walks. Close by is the Lizard peninsula with its' dramatic coastline. Travelling west you can visit Chysauster, Minack Theatre, Lands End, Sennon and Mousehole. St. Ives is less than 10 miles away. Penzance also has a lot to offer with its Victorian seafront swimming pool and its many restaurants. The Scillonian ship sails from Penzance to the Scilly isles everyday during summer months.
