For entertainment it includes a (2) TV's, DVD player, and a stereo system. It also has stylish mirror accented walls, ceiling fans, plantation shutters, and two balconies with views. The many amenities of the Biarritz include an Olympic size pool, two spas, tennis courts, and a laundry room. Appliances are newer with dishwasher. The Biarritz is also within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Minimum rental: 3 days; No Smoking, No Pets.
