Photos and Description of this Palau Saverdera holiday villa Villa overlooking the Bay of Roses & 30 minutes from French border.

A beautiful and spacious villa built to a bespoke design on one level for easy living. Set on the mountain side with stunning views of the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees. This modern villa has 4 double/twin bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (including one en suite), and a very large open plan living and dining room extending into a beautiful modern and well equipped kitchen. The villa is comfortably furnished and has central heating throughout and air conditioned bedrooms. The villa has a substantial terraced area with a large (11metre by 5 metre) swimming pool. The terrace leads down to a beautifully landscaped garden space. There is a private gated driveway with car parking space. This unique modern villa is private and is presented to a very high standard. Please note: The peak rental price is from mid-June to end of August 4 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms 2,775 € per week Mid June/July/August (approx. £1,908 per week) 1,850 € per week May/June/Sept/Oct

Nearest Train: Figueres at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A 7 at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 4.0 Kilometres
Car: necessary
The beaches are less than 6 minutes drive away plus the towns of Roses, Empuribrava & Figueres. The golf course of Perelada is less than 10 minutes drive away! The French border (Perpignan) is 30 minutes dive away and so is Girona airport. There are many restaurants nearby and an ideal spot for driving into the coutryside to into France.

The villa was even nicer than the photos (!), and a fantastic location for our family reunion. Spacious and immaculate, with stunning views of the sea. Our group of 7 really enjoyed the gourmet kitchen (hired a chef for a special authentic Catalunyan dinner/lesson, and the pool was amazing. Really enjoyed proximity to Cadeques, Girona and Roses (we ladies enjoyed the night shopping in Roses!)

Rental owner was wonderful to work with, and left us many helpful tips on the local restaurants and sites. Thank you for a relaxing, luxurious to Costa Brava. We definitely would book again!
