A stylishly furnished air conditioned one bedroom apartment set on a private gated complex in the popular Tersefanou area of Larnaca. Kiti and Tersefernou are popular villages close to the beach with a good selection of local amenities and a short transfer from Larnaca Airport. The apartment has a very comfortable lounge area with two sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed, TV and DVD. The modern fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine and leads out through large patio doors to the large balcony area with table and chairs. The large main bedroom has orthopaedic twin beds, very large wardrobes, chest of drawers and its own private balcony with a bistro patio table and chairs from which to enjoy the views. The apartment overlooks a freeform swimming pool set within tropical landscaped gardens with children’s pool and Jacuzzi. This apartment offers fantastic facilities in a great location for a very comfortable self catering holiday.

Tersefanou is a pretty traditional village with neighbouring Kiti and is popular because it is has easy access to the main routes accross the island idealy situated to serve the Troodos Mountains, Limassol, Ayia Napa & Nicosia. The friendly villages around the area are welcoming and English is widely spoken. There are sandy or pebble beaches within a short drive and the climate is hot with fresh sea breezes most of the year with 11 months of glorious sunshine. Cyprus is a year round holiday destination offerring a warm welcome and something for every type of holiday, from blue flag golden beaches, to ski-ing and climbing, mountain biking in the Troodos Mountains to culture and a places of historical interest there really is something for everyone on this friendly island.

Notes to the rental rates

  • The rental price offered is all inclusive. We provide bed linen and towels, air conditioning and heating. The property will be cleaned and prepared for guests arrival and departure and if guest are staying for two weeks there will be a mid stay clean and laundry service. Rental bookings are confirmed with a £100 deposit. Balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. Guests are advised to take out their own travel insurance. We ask for a refundable security deposit of £100 which is returned to the guest within 7 days of their visit less any damages. Long term lets are also available, discounted rates are available for extended stays. We can assist guests with air port transfers, discounted car hire and food welcome packs and celebration flowers or birthday cakes.

This is a brand new recently furnished apartment on the second floor with covered parking on the ground floor and the option of elevator or stair access to the apartment. The developement is very private and safe and very family friendly with eletric gates at the entrance to the complex, it has been carefully designed and landscaped to a very high standard and the tropcial communal swimming pool area has sun loungers around the pool and is fenced to avoid accidents.

Tersefanou & Kiti Villages

Tersefanou and Kiti village has a central high street with a beautiful church and a good selection of bakeries, supermarkets, chemists and take away food restaurants. The centre of the village is a few minutes from the complex and is conveniently siutated to the main road to historical Larnaca

Larnaca

Laranca is a town steeped in historical architecture and small streets to explore which all lead to the old harbour and new marina which has been restored into a promenade popular with visitors offering a great selection of restuarants, street cafes and trendy bars, the place to be seen or great for an evening stroll out.

Skiing Information:

Cyprus is a unique Mediterranean island as it can offer high temperatures for ten months of the year but in the Winter you can ski on Mount Olympos from the beginning of January to the end of March. Mount Olympos is approximately 4 km from Troodos Hill resort and about an hour and a half's drive from Paphos. The Troodos mountains are also very popular with mountain biking and hill walking tours which operate most months of the year

Golf Information:

There is a choice of three golf courses in the Paphos area, the most famous of which is Aphrodite Hills a 18 hole internationally acclaimed golf course located close to Aphrodites Rock. Guests can also consider Tsada golf club, which is an 18 hole golf course located in Tsada village and Secret Valley golf club which is also located close to Aphrodite Rock between Paphos and Limmassol. In 2010 there will be the addition of a new golf Golf & Country Club at Terserfenou so this apartment will be on the doorstep of this new golf course.
