This is a lovely spacious two bedroom villa that has a completely separate annex apartment with its own entrance rented together. On the first floor of the main villa find the master bedroom, which has its own private little terrace which is the perfect spot to breakfast in peace & quiet & to enjoy a gentle awakening! There is an inside dining area, fully fitted kitchen & relaxing lounge area and there is also a balcony leading off from the living room that has a dining table and chairs for al fresco barbecued meals & dining under the stars! On the ground floor is the second bedroom, a lovely tiled bathroom, cosy, tastefully decorated TV room & also a small utility room. The annex has a double bedroom & double sofabed, a dining area for 4 people & a fully equipped kitchen, just a few steps from the pool, therefore easy to make fresh salads to enjoy in the shade poolside. This villa is situated in Cerros del Aguila, in the hills of La Cala above the Myramar hotel and shopping centre in Fuengirola. It is in a very quiet residential area but it is just a five minute drive down to Fuengriola or La Cala, both of which have lovely beaches and a great choice of chiringuitos ( beach restaurants). The excellent golf course of La Cala is well worth a visit and there are many other golf courses within a fifteen minutes drive.
