It is located in the most exclusive residential area of Fuengirola town. The apartment is on two floors. The first floor has a spacious light living/dining room furnished to a very high standard and leads out to a balcony with dining furniture. Satellite television, video, DVD player, CD/radio/cassette player. (CDs, some tapes and many books provided) Bedroom one is on this floor with twin beds. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a large shower cabin. Very well equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. The apartment also has a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board etc. Upstairs is the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size bed. This bedroom has its own privat balcony. Both balconies are west facing.

There is also a first class restaurant and bar overlooking the fountains and beautiful gardens. Puebla Lucia is perfect for the mature holiday maker looking for quality accommodation within a peaceful environment. This is an ideal location. Bus and train takes you to many places of architectural and historical interest -i.e. Malaga, Mijas, Marbella, Cadiz, Jerez, Ronda, Cordoba, Seville, Granada and Gibraltar (passport for Gib) A car is definitely not essential.
