Canyon Shores has a delightful one bedroom/one bath, traditionally furnished condo on the first floor. This condo has a king bed in the master bedroom and pull out sleeper sofa. For leisure, it includes two TVs, a Stereo, and a VCR. For your convenience it provides a washer/dryer. Outside , the condo has its own BBQ, and has western exposure with a view of the pond. The many amenities of Canyon Shores include five pools, spas, a lap pool, five tennis courts, and an exercise room at the Clubhouse. Canyon Shores is located in Cathedral City adjacent to Cathedral Canyon Country Club and Lawrence Welk's Oasis Resort, mid-way between downtown Palm Springs and Palm Desert/ El Paseo, near the IMAX and Mary Pickford theatres. Tennis Pro on site in season.Minimum rental: 1 month; No Smoking, No Pets.
