We loved the location of the villa which is in a quieter part of Pernera but within a 5 minute walk of the main strip of restaurants/bars etc.
The villa has a great outside space which is secluded with plenty of shade. Downstairs is spacious and well equipped, the PS2 was much appreciated but the internet/broadband was not working, and nor were many of the tv channels available. This was a problem which the owner could not fix during our visit.
Upstairs was a bit of a let-down due to the poor quality bed linen and towels (they were clean but looked old and well worn). The owner did resolve this by asking the managing agent to bring new sheets and towels along which he promptly did. If I were the owner, I would still invest in some good quality bed linens/quilts/pillows in order to live up to the luxury title of the villa. There's plenty of wardrobe storage, but no full length drawers so you would need to take plenty of hangers (some are provided but not enough for all clothes to be hung up).
The managing agent was really helpful and gave lots of information on the surrounding areas and in particular how to travel to the North of Cyprus which is a bit tricky.
Despite my comments on the bed linen/towels (maybe I'm just overly fussy about these things!) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to family and friends.
Pernera
We loved this resort, it was quiet but with plenty of good restaurants and a lovely sea front walk to the next big resort of Protaras. There was a lovely breeze in the evening and not a mossie in sight! We didn't visit the beaches much but they looked nice, the one we did visit near the harbour was not ideal if you have small children as the sea bed does drop away quite sharply. We travelled to the North several times, and enjoyed visits to Famagusta, Kyrenia plus lots of shopping for 'designer' gear in the Nicosia/Lefkosia shopping district.
