Nearest Airport: Alicante at 25 Kilometres

This quite area is the traditional Spain. You have the feel of being further inland than you actually are with fantastic views of the sierra mountain range and down to the Mediterranean. However you are only 20 minutes from Alicante airport, 15 minutes from the sea and close to the Bonalba golf resort and spa. A short drive will take you into Benidorm where there are the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia. The castle of Santa Barbara is a must see in the historical town of Alicante with over 3000 years of history and Spanish, Moorish and Roman places of interest and a lovely harbour, shopping areas and museums. The resorts of El Campello and San Juan are within a short drive and they have lovely long sandy beaches with some great restaurants for dining out. For golfers there are a number of courses in the area, plenty of activities and sports, shopping in Alicante, and numerous excursions to go on. This area makes a great base.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the villa, the balance is required 4 weeks before booked dates. A €300 damage deposit is required at the time of balance payment and is refunded after departure upon a satisfactory property check subject to no damage or disrespectful treatment of the villa and its contents.. All prices are for accommodation, there is a linen and clean charge of 225€ to add to holiday cost.
  • Services available:
    Car Hire, Airport transfer, Welcome Packs , Laundry service - all prices on request.
  • Extras available, cot, high chair, fold up bed at a cost of 25€ per week
    Compulsory Meet and Greet service outside office hours of 40€, our OPI representative will met you at an arranged point close to the villa, show you into the property and hand over keys. Office hours Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 1pm.
    Meet and greet within office hours 20€ - conditions apply as above.

Thank you also for the extras you left us, they were enjoyed by all, the Christmas tree was a lovely touch and the log fire gave perfect cosy nights in.

fantastic villa

great villa, the pictures did not do it justice. the villa was spotless. shared the villa with another family in total there was 4 adults and 5 kids. plenty of room to have adults only time and family time. the owners thought of everything to make our stay as easy as possible from leaflets on local attractions to local restaurants, to having instructions and labels for everthing in the house. threre is a great outdoor area where we sat at night enjoying a barbecue and the mountain view while the kids were inside watching a dvd or in bed tired out from playing in the fantastic pool all day. there is a local village about 1/2hr walk where there is a tennis court, swimming pool shop and a couple of local bars.
you do need a car but you are within easy access to local towns and cities,alicante is a short drive away or you can get the train from el campello direct into the centre of alicante. el campello itselfs has a great beach, but with the villa having the pool we found noone was bothered about going to the beach. some days we stayed in the villa all day playing about the pool having long lazy lunches
and late night dinners.
we had 5 kids ranging from 5 to 15 and the villa had something for them all.
i would recommend this villa to anyone it has something for everyone.
