This beautiful retreat is a three bedroom/ two bath, mid-century Alexander-designed house. The house has a queen, queen and twin beds,so you can invite friends. Enjoy the two TVs, Stereo, and DVD when you just want to relax. The spacious house has tiled floors through-out the living areas, carpeted bedrooms, and plantation shutters to provide functionality and convenience. With a BBQ, washer/dryer, one car garage, and a private heated (Salt Water) pool that has a waterfall feature and fire pit. You never have to leave this property to have a wonderful time. A Westerly exposure provides plenty of time to soak up the sun as you marvel at the beautiful views of the mountains. The house is near shopping and one mile to downtown Palm Springs.Minimum rental: 1 month: No Smoking, Pets with owner's approval.
