Anchise mare Residence is a new and modern apartment hotel for summer holiday rental located in Abruzzo, one of the best seaside places on the Adriatic coast. The building is in the central area of Alba Adriatica, in a peaceful place at 3 minutes walk from the beach and the sea. Close by there are bars, restaurants and shopping centres for any kind of needs. The Residence has 21 apartments. Each apartment is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower or Jacuzzi, cable/satellite TV, entry phone, safe, hair-dryer, air-conditioning, washing-machine. There is also a lift, a gazebo in the garden and a private car park. Each apartment is large, luminous and elegantly newly furnished with a private balcony with table and chairs. Anchise mare Residence offers a free bus service to the 'Anchise Antica Pizzeria' Restaurant located in the old, charming, hilltop town of Tortoreto just few kilometres away from the apartment hotel facility. The amazing view is worth a visit.

  • August peak season week, going from Sat 08 to Sat 15, is preferably required to be rented combined to the next one.
