The villa is located in Nova Santa Ponsa in an exclusive residential area very close to Club Nautico (Santa Ponsa Marina) and the 'Little Beach' which is a small sandy and child friendly beach surrounded by bars and restaurants. A further 5-10 minute walk will take you into the town of Santa Ponsa with numerous quality bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. Santa ponta also benefits from night clubs, shops, banks and supermarkets. From the centre of the town you can obtain a taxi or use the regular bus services to the surrounding towns and the vibrant city of Palma.
