A beautiful and stylishly decorated 1 bedroomed apartment with fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, centrally heated, a large balcony and a roof terrace with BBQ facilities. Views from the balcony and roof terrace are superb, and the proximity to the centre of town offers bars, restaurants, shops, banks within a max of 10 mins walk. The apartment is very modern, almost new, and the lounge has a 32' LCD television with SKY FTA channels for entertainment. Furniture throughout is of a very high standard as is the fully tiled bath/shower room. Off the lounge and bedroom via patio doors, there is access to the spacious balcony where a table and four chairs are supplied for those al fresco evenings, whether it is with a meal prepared from the modern kitchen, or just a bottle of wine to watch the sun go down. A set of steps leads to the private roof terrace where there is a BBQ and sun beds, and where views are even better. A fabulous apartment for a successful family holiday.

Located very close to the centre of Carvoeiro, but just far enough out to get a good night's sleep. Restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, are all within 10 mins max walk. 3 x 18 hole championship golf courses are within 20 mins drive, with a par 3 9 hole, just 5 mins drive away at Vale de Milho on the east side of Carvoeiro. Aqualand and Zoomarine are 15 and 20 mins drive and Slide & Splash water park is 10 mins drive. Huge shopping mall at Algarve Shopping is approx 25 mins from Carvoeiro. There are hundreds of boat trips, scenic tours, jeep safaris available from local distribution outlets in Carvoeiro. Carvoeiro Beach is a very short walk, with Centeanes approx 20 mins walk. There are several other beaches situated in coves and bays around the area, easily accessible if guests hire a car.

  • A 25% deposit is required to seal any bookings. The balance plus returnable £100 Breakages and Damages deposit required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival. This is returned within 7 days of guests' exit subject to no B&D. Above prices are for 2 persons. A small additional charge will be added for 3rd and 4th persons for utilities and laundry.
    Towels are changed twice weekly i.e. once every 3 or 4 days. Maid cleaning is once weekly.
    All electricity, gas, water utilities etc included in the prices shown.

Notes: The bright and modern lounge has comfortable seating for 5 with a matching 3 seater sofa and 2 single loungers. A 32' LCD TV and DVD player is supplied for entertainment, with SKY FTA channels. All the furniture colour codes well with the interior to reflect a happy and welcoming ambience. A table and 4 chairs is supplied for dining indoors, as is a further table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining on the balcony with the wonderful views on offer. The bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and a safe for valuables. The kitchen has been supplied with everything the owners could think of to ensure a comfortable home from home holiday and the elegant bathroom is fully tiled with shower/bath, bidet, washbasin and WC. A set of stairs leads to the roof terrace, which is private for the apartment guests only, and where even better views are available. There are 2 sun loungers, and a purpose built BBQ here, the perfect place to watch the sun go down in the evening with a cool bottle of wine.

The location was perfect, and the apartment itself was lovely. We loved the balconies and especially the roof terrace with the wonderful views. We would definately stay here again and would easily recommend it to family, and friends. The apartment was spotlessly clean, furnished to the highest standard throughout as described, we really cannot fault this place. The owner was so helpful from start to finish, a top guy!. We recommend Havana Bar with its 2 for 1 cocktails before 8 o clock, and all the restaurants we tried were fantastic but in particular A Rede. A brilliant holiday - thank you so much it was perfect!
