Welcome to Villa Son Mar! Decorated in Mediterranean contemporary style, the villa was completely renovated inside out during the winter 2007/8, and is now to be considered in as new condition. When the owners of Villa Son Mar leaves their home in Mallorca for the summer, the villa is available for rent. Villa Son Mar has an indoor area of some 300 m2 and another 300m2 of south and sea facing sun drenched terraces with glorious sea views both day and night. The Villa is very well equipped, with video entrance surveillance, garage, home gym, under floor heating, double glazing windows, wine cellar, garage, DVD, 42' flat screen, English and German TV channels, PS2, high speed internet access and air conditioning in master bedroom, living room and top floor studio. With its size, its views and its perfect location above the fashionable marina of Portals, which you reach with a 10 minute walk, Villa Son Mar can truly be described as 'Mediterranean perfection'.

The residential area of Costa den Blanes with its guarded entrance road also offers security as well as privacy. On the street level top floor you will find a spacious studio, decorated and used as a private office with high speed internet access. You will also find a large sun deck with morning sun here.The second floor offers a large panoramic view living room with a fireplace, a generous and very modern kitchen, hall with guest toilet and a laundry room. A very large fully furnished terrace offers the perfect setting for entertaining guests. Below that on floor 3 is the residential floor. Villa Son Mar boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the residential floor.

reservation information: The cost to rent Villa Son Mar is available upon request and is much depending on the length of your stay. It is always negotiated excluding the agents commission of 15%. The damage deposit is 2.000,- EUR regardless of the length of your stay. The deposit will be transferred back to your account once your stay is over, and the state of the villa has been signed off by your rental agent. The rental fee includes maidservice 4 hours per day monday to friday, weekly pool and garden maintained as well as electricity and water up to 100,- EUR per week. Should you use more, it will be deducted from your damage deposit. Phone is not included. Access to the garage and the wine cellar is not included in the rent, but can be negotiated separately. The agent will upon your reservation ask you to sign and return a binding rental agreement. (see Documentation ) Once this has been done, and once the rental fee and the damage deposit along with the agents commission has been paid in full.
