Confortable 3rd floor apartment in a luxury complex. This cosy holiday apartment is fitted with modern conveniences for a happy holiday stay. The 100 m2 are divided in a hall, kitchen with separate laundry-room, L-shaped dining-living room, 2 bedrooms (one double and 2 single beds), 1 bathroom en suite, bathroom on corridor, and the terrace. From the lounge and bedroom you have the views from the sea to Ibiza old town, yacht harbour and Formentera. The terrace has a chill-out place. Air conditioning throughout, towels and bedclothes provided. The modern building has a concierge, community pool, and there is a inside parking place. Gardens leading across the Paseo to shops, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is close to all amenities. Good location and in general a quiet area. In front of the building is the Marina Botafoch complex with its supermarket, a lot of shops and restaurants. A 30 minutes walk to Ibiza Old Town or a shuttle boat runs there in 15 minutes. Possibility to go by boat from both harbours to Formentera. A 3 minutes walk leads you to the nice Talamanca beach with its sandy coastline and good restaurants.

The perfect place to stay

This beautiful appartment located in Marina Botafoch is the perfect place to stay in Ibiza and absolutely everything we wanted.

The appartment itself is superb, big, comfortable, with probably the best views in Ibiza (the type you see in postcards), and with great facilities. The swimming pool was truly fantastic, and rarely busy! And that appartment terrace with its day bed the great place to relax after a long day sunbathing or for a lovely lazy breakfast watching the beautiful yachts and boats pass by or dock at the Marina.

Talamanca beach is a stone's throw away, literally a 2-3 minute walk. There is a supermarket very nearby also a 2 minute walk. And some of the trendiest clubs on the island, such as Pacha and El Divino are within walking distance (about 7 minutes away).

You can stroll down to Ibiza town and be in the heart of Ibiza and all its trendy restaurnats and bars in about 10-14 minutes. If walking is not your thing you can just board the small ferry-boat that carries passengers back and forth between Marina Botafoch and the Ibiza Port every 12-15 minutes. There also frequent buses that will have you in the centre of Ibiza in about 7 minutes.

Astrid the person responsible for the apparment looked after us really well, she was very responsive and helpful and highly reliable. The appartment was clean, well maintained, and great value for money.

We would not only strongly recommend this property, but what is more, if it is available next time we travel to Ibiza we'll definitely rent it again!

So all and all I'd say: this apparment is just about the most perfect place to stay in Ibiza if you are after a little luxury, great comfort, superb convenience, and of course stunning views! We loved it.
