From the lounge and bedroom you have the views from the sea to Ibiza old town, yacht harbour and Formentera. The terrace has a chill-out place. Air conditioning throughout, towels and linen provided. The modern building has a concierge, community pool, and there is a inside parking place. Gardens leading across the Paseo to shops, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is close to all amenities. Good location and in general a quiet area. In front of the building is the Marina Botafoch complex with its supermarket, a lot of shops and restaurants. A 30 minutes walk to Ibiza Old Town or a shuttle boat runs there in 15 minutes. Possibility to go by boat from both harbours to Formentera. A 3 minutes walk leads you to the nice Talamanca beach with its sandy coastline and good restaurants.
