This CERTIFIED T2 HOLIDAY APARTMENT is fully furnished for six persons. There is full air-conditioning throughout. There is maid service twice a week. There is telephone and internet access in the apartment and there is also sky satellite TV. The club Alvor Ferias has its own magnificent atmosphere created by a very friendly staff, and above all offers so much choice. The complex is divided in two and is connected by footbridge. Our property is ideally located on the second floor overlooking a small garden with a lovely palm tree in a nice quiet location of club alvor ferias which is perfect for families. The newly refurbished apartment is in excellent condition, with balconies and services all on site .A 5 minute walk to the beautiful village with its many Restaurants,Bars and Shops.The area is known for its excellent sea food which makes this fishing village famous. You can wander around the cobbled stoned streets which still retains its old character,charm and friendly atmosphere.

Car: not necessary
Portimao is the closest main town and is filled with large shops and restaurants. Also close by is the town of Praia do Rocha. There is a regular bus service to both of these towns running every 10 mins during the day and every 20 mins in the evening from Alvor village. Alvor is a classic old fishing village. Narrow cobbled streets lead down to the huge beautiful beach and harbour. The streets are a maze of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. All bars and restaurants are child friendly which makes this an ideal holiday destination for families.Alvor beach caters for all watersports and has numerous beach side cafes and restaurants. There are also numerous boat trips from the harbour to the caves, to see dolphins and to Silves.Not far away for families there is Zoo Marine and Slide and Splash which make a fantastic fun day out.The area is surrounded by fantastic Golf courses. For example the Alto Golf Club is within walking distance as well as many others that are near by.

A laundry service is close by ideal for the likes of bed linen and towels. These services are exceptionally well priced.
    Off season rental prices are for long term lets . e.g. 1, 2, 3 ,4 & 5 months rental periods only. Short term 1 & 2 week rental price on application, long term off season rental prices do not apply. For further details contact owner.
