This apartment is situated in La Mairena, within minutes of the Tennis Club. It is a stunning apartment with fabulous views and has sun all day. This show home apartment is situated in the hills of Marbella overlooking the fabulous Biosphere of cork trees. The views down to the coast are spectacular and sitting sipping champagne on the terrace gives you the pleasure of all these views. It really is a show home apartment equipped with everything you could wish for. There is full package TV, air con throughout, a rear garden with BBQ and sun or shade all day, you choose! The pool is visible from the terraced garden and the gardens are all well maintained. It is close (10 minute walk) to El Soto Golf Club with a 9 hole par 3 pitch and put. There is also a gymnasium and a club house there. The area is tranquil yet less than 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Marbella and the famous Nikki Beach. For the golfers it is 5 minutes drive from La Cala Golf resort

This is situated 6km from the famous Nikki beach and the 5* Don Carlos Hotel, this is the 5* self catering apartment. There is walking through the hills close by, El Soto golf club and gymnasium is a few minutes walk away. La Cala Golf Resort is 5 minutes in the car to play the 3 18 hole courses. Marbella town is 10 minutes away, with Orange Square a fab place to sit and sip cocktails. Gibraltar is an hour away.

Notes: Sorry but the apartment is not wheel chair friendly as there are about 10 steps to get into it. If you could bypass this hurdle then everything is on one level, access to outdoors is good.

A taste of our show home apartment experience.

This beautiful villa was exceptionally clean and tidy. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms were all a good size and being a corner apartment it had the sun all day, with wonderful views of the coast. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, as were both the pools (which were spotlessly clean), and we found the little pool perfect for our 6 month old. The supermarket and shops were a 5 minute drive away. The owners made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this apartment. Planning to return again next summer!

Well what can we say.........we LOVE it here! We've been with teenagers, friends and grandparents on separate occasions and there is certainly something for all to enjoy particularly the tennis, golf and gym which is on your doorstep, a variety of great bars and restaurants within a very short drive. We can highly recommend exploring the south coast from Malaga Old Town to as far as Gibralta, also some beautiful inland villages are a must to visit - Mijas Pueblo and Benahavis are to name just a couple! The location of this beautiful, well maintained apartment with stunning views is ideal for a perfect holiday.

Perfect Chilled Holiday Spot

This apartment and location was perfect for the relaxed holiday myself, wife + friends were hoping for. The apartment was spotless and interior designs were very cool. All appliances worked and were simple to understand. The information re locality was excellent and friendliness of property magement guys helped as great to know someone close by if needed help (which never did). I have already recommended this appt to friends and family and would suggest to anyone coming to this area to have the scallops at the 20Euro lunch deal at the Elviria Beach Club - great value.

Peace and luxury.....

Just had 10 days here and it feels like a month, so relaxing and peaceful. The apartment is luxuriously fitted with everything you need, the views are panoramic. Its very private, clean and secure. The pool and gardens are lovely and well maintained. I highly recommend this place if your looking for home comforts away from home.

Its also a great location, great views yet only 10 mins to the beach.

I will come again.

just to say i never enjoyed a holiday like i did this one. the layout of apt and facilites were top class for us to really get away and unwind.the owner could not do enough for us.
i would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
the beach in elviria and restaurants are just 6mins from apt by car
