This spacious three bedroom town house is furnished to a very high standard and is extremely well equipped for a luxury self-catering holiday all year round, in tranquil surroundings and in an ideal location.Cyprus enjoys on average about 340 days of sunshine every year. It has a private patio area, barbecue area and garden areas, and is ideal for couples and families with children, because of its proximity to the swimming pool and mature garden areas.The property has comfortable furnishings with full air conditioning in all the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the kitchen/lounge and dining areas. It comprises two bathrooms, three spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, lounge /diner with two leather coaches and a six seater oak table and a new fully fitted kitchen with full cooking facilities and a washing machine. Everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Set in an exclusive and quiet residential area of kato paphos. Although very private, quiet and peaceful it is only a 5 mins walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants, or a 10 mins walk to the beach with a wide variety of water sports.The picturesque harbour and archaeological park are a 15mins walk away with its myriad of restaurants and bars, and the old town and market is a short bus ride away. Paphos has established itself as the main tourist resort in Cyprus, yet is not spoiled by high rise apartments and hotels. There are many places of interest to visit in and around paphos. Also visit the troodos mountains with its pine scented forests and closer to home the Cyprus villages were time has stood still, and friendly hospitality. The award winning water park is located less than a mile away, as is the excellent go-kart track and mini golf.all are within easy reach by taxi, bus or very cheap car hire (contact details for car hire available with airport pick up and return).

Two of the bedrooms have twin single beds in each room. The master bedroom has a double bed and also patio doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the patio,swimming pool and garden area. there is a dressing table and chair in one of the bedrooms. All windows and patio doors have shutters on to keep out any daylight providing a good nights sleep.
