This stunning and modern fully air-conditioned spacious villa, which is decorated with exceptionally good taste, is one of our top houses. It has been designed to a very high specification and the large beautifully presented rooms reflect this. This is true top-standard Marbella style. The high standard furnishing throughout make the villa very luxurious and will be appreciated by the more discerning visitor. The house is built over three floors and has bedrooms to sleep ten people in total comfort. As a bonus, there is a separate self contained studio apartment (again which is very well presented) located to the rear of the garden which will sleep an additional two people, or a nanny. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the lower floor, plus various bathrooms. The lounge leads off from the entrance hall and the elegant dining room is also located here. The villa also boasts English Sky plus TV. There is also a table tennis table available for use.

This wonderful villa is located in El Rosario in Marbella – just a short drive away from Puerto Banus. The villa is located on a private gated road, just behind the entrance to the Los Granados tennis club in El Rosario. It is a short distance from popular urbanizations, such as Las Chapas. This part of the coast provides some of the best clean sandy beaches that the Costa del Sol has to offer. There are four or five good restaurants located about 200 meters from the house plus a supermarket for groceries. From here you can cross the main road (via a foot bridge) and you will find many other restaurants (including the popular Fusion bar). From here is it about another 15 minute walk to the beach (to be confirmed). The nearby tennis club offers three tennis courts and two padel courts.
