Additional information about rental rates

  • We take a £200 security deposit to secure the booking and this is payable on top of the rental.
    This remains a security deposit until after you return from your holiday. We use this system for all our apartments and is quite normal with most holiday let owners.
  • We would like to ask guests to please adhere strictly to the no smoking rule. As a way of avoiding abuse of the air conditioning system, we will read the meter between guests. If abuse is obvious we will have to deduct the amount from the returnable deposit. The air conditioning is not meant to be left on all day whilst you are out as an example. We have no wish to see our guests put in a position where they are uncomfortable about using the system. All we ask is that you use it wisely.Thanks.

This area is famous for its sandy beach that stretches for mile and miles. It is well suited for those who require peace and quiet, but also for those who do not want to be far from the action, Albufeira Old Town is a ten minute walk away, so is ideal for those travelling with teenagers in tow or for night life! And with local shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance a car is not essential if you prefer not to have to drive while on holiday,although we always suggest to get the most from your Algarve holiday,hiring a car is wise . Around the apartment you will find various restaurants and a supermarket is within a 5 minute walk. Although you have a very large pool the beautiful beaches of Albufeira are 15 minutes walk away, and these have to be amongst the best in the Algarve. The apartment is well fitted out and has a lounge dining area, although for most of the year sitting outside on the balcony and eating alfresco is normal.

Apartment 2: We also have another apartment in the same condominium. So technically we can sleep parties of 8. But you will need to pay for two apartments. Ideal for larger parties wanting to be close but not in the same apartment.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY

It was our first experience of booking a holiday via the internet. Nicky and Paul made the process stress free by providing us with information and arrangeing the transfers to the appartment.

Nicky and Paul was there to greet us on our arrival to welcome us into the appartment and provide us with local knowledge about the surroundign area.

The appartment was outstanding. Spacious, well equiped and ideally located. It was within walking distance of local amenaties and minutes from the local bus route, which we utilised almost daily. It was 15 mins walk to the old town, but due to road works it was a necesity to use the public transport. Once the construction work is complete it will be a nice walk into the old town.

The holiday was fantastic. Quiet, relaxing and close enough to the local attractions, something to cater for everybodies needs. Nicky and Paul introduced us to Rob Smalley who picked us up from the airport. I would recommend using Rob to organise your visits to the local theme parks and attractions. Rob provided us with trnasport and tickets. This provided discount and the flexibility of being picked up from the appartment complex.

A huge thanks to Nicky and Paul, who ensured we had a great trouble free time. Always at the end of a phone to provide us with local knowledge and assistance. Definately go back there again.

Stress Free Holiday

First time we had booked this type of holiday, was a little nervous about sending cash up front, but with the guarantee on the website made me more confident. Transport was arranged by owners with a guy called Rob who was on time both inbound and outbound. Paul and Nicky were at appartment to meet us and gave us a full run down of the complex and area. Apartment was exactly as descride and very clean, they came in at the beginning of the second week and done a full clean. Big bonus was the allocation of sunbeds, no need to get up early in the morning and reserve, they were locked together with a cycle lock. The complex is small and quiet, there is a local supermarket and very friendly restaurant nearby, the old town is about a 15/20 minute walk away, but we got the local bus or taxi as there was three of us it was the same price, about a £1 on the bus each or approx £3/£4 in taxi. Our son who is 14 was a littlte bored, there was an added bonus of wifi in the appartment so he was able to use his PSP with the interent, but would take a friend next time. Played tennis everyday, no need to book court it was always available. Pool and complex very clean, no bad points I can think of, only recommendation is to book a hire car prior to arriving, apparently there is a shortage. Would not hesitate to book with Paul & Nicky again, extremely friendly and helpful, received an email day after return from Paul/Nicky for bank details to return deposit and was received in my bank account the same day.

Beautiful modern apartment.

We had a great week at the apartment, which is as described. we found it to be very clean, and well presented. We found the aircon very satisfactory, even with outside temperatures at 30+ degrees. During the day with the windows open the aircom is not required as a pleasant breeze blows through the apartment. The owners were friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything. I would personally not like to stay in this apartment without the use of a car, however, a bus stop is near by. Its location makes it an ideal base for touring the Algarve.

Great place to stay

Stayed for a week at the end of June and had a fantastic relaxing holiday. Nicky was there to show us around and Paul dropped by later. Paul & Nicky couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful, nothing was a problem. The apartment was fabulous with everything you could ask for. Made good use of the pool, tennis court and BBQ. Booked our transfers with Nicky and Paul at the time of booking the apartment which was definitely the way to do it. Rob was waiting to pick us up as we came through arrivals, no hanging about waiting for taxis etc. The little resturaunt beside the complex was warm and friendly, we went in the night they had live music and had a great time. We walked to the old town anytime we went out. We also walked to the new town which although was further out was still achievable. For those who might not like the idea of walking that bit further, there is a 'train' that you can pickup in the old town that will drop you at the strip in the new town. Loved Portugal and would definitly consider renting another property from Nicky & Paul when we go back.

Great time

We stayed for 2 weeks (2 couples 50+) in June. Apartment is excellent. All the comforts of home and more. We arranged airport transfer at the time of booking which I would recommend. The apartment is in an ideal location close enough to both the old and new town but far enough away if u want a quiet relaxing day by the pool, (apparent has its own sun beds and brolly which is a bonus). Nice little restaurant 2 mins from apartment. Supermarket and cafe/bar etc 5 mins away.
