Lovely new apartment situated on top floor with a sunny balcony overlooking swimming pool area and harbourfront, ideal for family holidays. Centrally located, this apartment is within walking distance of town centre, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and beach. The apartment is accessed by elevator and has easy access to pool area. On entering the apartment there is a spacious lounge/dining room with sliding doors leading out to the sunny balcony. The well equipped kitchen has an open plan feature through to the lounge. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and it has its own bathroom-em-suite. There is a separate shower room which serves the twin bedroom. All furnishings are of high quality.

The wonderful town of Lagos has plenty of reasons to be visited during your holidays. For leisure during the day, Lagos offers beautiful beaches with fine golden sand and wonderful rock formations. Along the west coast one will find the unspoilt beaches of Burgau, Espiche & Sagres with rugged clifftops and picturesque landscapes, ideal for walking enthusiasts. There are also some historical monuments and beautiful churches to visit, narrow cobbled streets lead into the town centre where there are many souvenir shops with typical handicraft from Portugal. For the golf enthusiasts there are several famous international golf courses in the area such as Palmares, Quinta Boavista, Parque da Floresta, Le Meridien Penina. Lagos has plenty of diversions to offer during the evening, a good variety of restaurants with international and typical Portuguese dishes, plenty of bars to have a drink, colourful esplanades where one can enjoy live street entertainment.

Excellent Apartment with Very Efficient Management

My husband son and I stayed here in July 09. The apartment is very spacious (lounge is bigger than it looks on photo) and well equipped. Everything you need is there (apart from hair dryer ladies).

The 2 bathrooms were very handy. Our son had his own shower room which helped stop the usual 'hogging' of the bathroom when getting ready to go out.

The balcony got the sun from first thing in the morning till well into late afternoon so was ideal for coffee/breakfast. Our son was sometimes out there at 6.30am!

A quick way to the Marina restaurants/shops is to turn left as you come out of the front entrance then immediately left again and follow the lake all the way round (the path will automatically take you to the Marina). To get to Pingo supermarket - as you come out of the front entrance walk round the little cottages opposite (you skirt the car park) then just 'carefully' cross the road and your there - 3 mins.

I must praise Connie and her team. Connie is really welcoming and helpful - a very lovely lady. Their office is also on the Marina and your welcome to pop in if there is any problems. Our son's door jammed and we let Connie know - there was someone round the same day to fix it.

We had a lovely holiday and I'm sure anyone renting this apartment will be more than satisfied with both the apartment and the service provided by Connie and her team.
