The apartment is in a building with a caretaker and an elevator, on the 4th floor. All commodities within 1200m and the harbour and the beach within 1500m. Separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. Living room with dining area, lounge area, Satellite TV (European channels) and French windows opening onto a terrace of 20m² equipped with sunbeds and an awning. 2 bedrooms: 160cm double bed and opening onto a balcony, two 90cm single beds opening onto the veranda. Single sofabed in the veranda of 14m². Bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi and a shower. Separate toilet. Telephone for incoming calls only. Garage for 1 car.

Antibes and Cannes are within easy reach. This area has so much to offer from art, history, luxury and indulgence - whatever your taste. Villefranche old town dates back to the 12th century and is full of history and good places to eat plus a wonderful beach and sea to swim in.
