Located in the Cala De Bou area on the outskirts of San Antonio, only two minutes walk from the beach and the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants and bars. The occupants also have the benefit of the use of the community garden and swimming pool. Water taxis run regularly to other beaches in the area and San Antonio centre from a jetty at the rear of the property. The house is part of a community and situated in a central position at the furthest point from the entrance which minimizes the number of people walking past. Bedroom 1 bunk beds on ground floor. Bedroom 2 and 3 on 1st floor have double beds fitted with dressing tables, chest of draws, wardrobes. Balcony. Bedroom 4 king size bed. Balcony. Two full bathrooms on 1st floor and one toilet and wash basin on ground floor. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine and large fridge.

Located on the far side of San Antonio bay. San Antonio town centre can be reach by Water Taxi from rear of property which takes 15 minutes and runs every 30 minutes until late at night. The town centre can also be reached by taxi which cost about 7 Euro's.
