A beautiful penthouse apartment (with a lift) on a small complex of apartments in Yeroskipou; a lovely suburb of Paphos. It has been exceptionally well furnished and is fully equipped with all electrical items. You walk into the large lounge diner and there is an enclosed kitchen with 2 bedrooms leading off the hallway. The apartment has designated covered parking; 2 swimming pools; one large adult pool and a smaller children’s pool which are for residents' use only. Also as well as a large balcony there is a large private roof terrace. The location is great! It’s only a short drive into Paphos harbour (about 10 Euro by taxi); only 2 minutes walk to the town square with a range of shops, restaurants, banks etc. The locals are warm, friendly and welcoming! It’s about 20-30 minutes walk to a nice beach, café, restaurant, etc. Its about 20 minutes walk to the water park. TAXIS AND CAR HIRE can be arranged – a car can be left at the airport ready for your arrival.

Yeroskipou is located on the main road between the airport and Paphos (does not suffer from airplane noise). The apartments are in a nice residential location just a short distance from the town square where several times a year parties are held and all the local people get together in celebration. Just a short walk to the town square passing 2 internet cafes, butchers, village shops etc. There are a few restaurants and bars hidden away in the side streets. Its a shot and inexpensive taxi journey to Paphos harbour. It’s just a short drive to the golf courses, Water Park, beach, go carting and Paphos harbour. The locals are warm and welcoming and are pleased to see new people.
