Newly available luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the small Blue Electra complex. It is located in a quiet residential area just off Kennedy Avenue with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops within a two minute walk. The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor - lift available, and has one double bedroom which opens onto the balcony and one twin bedroom. The apartment overlooks the enclosed communal pool and gardens. The living areas are open plan and contemporary. The lounge area also has access to the balcony which is furnished for outside dining with views of the sea in the distance. The nearest beach to the apartment, Firemans Beach, is an easy 5-10 minute stroll away and if you follow the coastal path you'll discover a host of secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear water. Kapparis is a quiet resort giving you the chance to escape and relax yet is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively.

The apartment is very close to the coast with the nearest beach, Fireman's Beach, just a 5 minute stroll away. Follow the coastal path past Fireman's Beach and you'll discover many more quiet coves and bays including the lovely Blue Water Bay. The long white sandy beaches at Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay is just 10 minutes drive away and Cape Greco and the beautiful Connos Bay just a few minutes further along the coast past Protaras. Paralimni town 5 minutes away by car has a good selection of supermarkets, shops including Marks and Spencer and restaurants. Protaras, a lively family holiday resort, again 5 minutes by car with its many water sport facilities and nature reserve. Lively Ayia Napa is approximately 15 minutes away by car.

Strictly non smoking only Whilst cost of heating and Air conditioning is included in the price the running costs are very expensive. and we would ask when you go out to please turn off the Air conditioning as it only takes a couple of minutes to cool the room once switched on again. TERMS; 25% non refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance and deposit is payable 30 days before your arrival. A security deposit of £100 is required to cover accidental damage/breakage to the property or its contents, which will be refunded to you, once the apartment has been checked over.
